Selected cases of the European Court provide a summary of the most significant judgments and decisions made by that Court in the second half of 2020. The document is suitable for quick reading and finding information about the practice of the European Court, since the judgments are systematized according to the articles of the Convention, with short sentences containing the essence of the established violation or the reasoning of the European Court. In this edition, attention is drawn to the judgment Kövesi against Romania, which found that the early termination of the state prosecutor’s mandate, violated the right to access to court and freedom of expression. Finally, two judgments against Montenegro are presented – Nešić and Drašković.
