The European Human Rights Case Law Database is a ‘one-stop-shop’ portal of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, and case summaries relevant to the region in the local languages. It also provides links to other useful publications in local languages such as handbooks and guides to case law from the European Court of Human Rights.

The Database has been set up by the AIRE Centre, in cooperation with the Government Agents before the European Court of Human Rights from Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, and Serbia. The project is implemented with the support of the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
