This document is an overview of selected judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in relation to Croatia since the State’s ratification of the European Convention on Human on 5 November 1997. As of 31 December 2016, the Court has delivered 349 judgments and 642 admissibility decisions in respect of Croatia.
