ECHR Judgements Overview – Bosnia and Herzegovina

This document sets out the judgments and selected decisions handed down by the European Court of Human Rights in respect of Bosnia and Herzegovina, since the State’s ratification of the European Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on 12 July 2002. As of 31 December 2016, the Court has handed down 45 judgments and 76 admissibility decisions in respect of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
