Special investigative actions in the modern world represent a necessary tool in the fight against crime and a dangerous precedent in limiting and/or violating basic human rights and freedoms. This Practicum deals with special investigative actions, from the aspect of relevant BiH legislation, and provides an overview of the practice of the Constitutional Court of BiH and the European Court of Human Rights in connection with special investigative actions.
