The Publication includes summaries of 30 decisions made by the European Court in the period from September 2018 to April 2019. The document is suitable for quick reading and finding information about the practice of the European Court, since the judgments are systematized according to the articles of the Convention, with short sentences containing the essence of the established violation or the reasoning of the European Court. Some of the decisions that are presented, have already found their place in the practice of the European Court as new authorities and decisions in which certain provisions of the Convention are interpreted for the first time in the light of certain social changes. In that sense, the attention is particularly recommended to the judgments of the Grand Chamber Fernandes de Oliveira v. Portugal and Denisov v. Ukraine, and to the judgments in the cases against Montenegro – Bigović, Saranović and Petrović and others.
