The document contains reports of 28 cases of the European Court, in which the foundations for the interpretation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention were laid. The aim of the document is to clarify the complexity of the term “right to peaceful enjoyment of property”, and to provide assistance to practitioners in solving complex legal dilemmas through a selection of cases relating to issues that have appeared before national courts.
