This Manual aims to contribute to more effective prevention in the field of human trafficking, criminal prosecution of perpetrators and protection of victims. It contains four parts, through which readers are introduced to the international legal framework in the field of human trafficking, conventions and directives of the Council of Europe and the European Union, selected judgments of the European Court and a summary of Montenegrin jurisprudence in cases of human trafficking in Montenegro.
