The Handbook was created in cooperation with the Office of the Representative of Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights, and offers summaries of selected cases of that Court, adopted during 2019 and 2020. The Handbook clearly conveys the messages of the European Court in some of the most significant cases from the reference period, and in addition, in some places, it also provides comments on the decisions, for the sake of better understanding.
