This Guide aims to be, by its structure and content, a practical tool and means of work, but, to the necessary extent, at the same time, educational reading about the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR) and the relevant practice of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in this area. The relevant and currently valid provisions of procedural laws of the state and entity level, i.e. Brčko District of BiH, are presented.
