The publication shows the development of the Court of Justice of the European Union, its jurisdiction, explaining the most important doctrines developed by the Court and their effect on the legal system of the European Union, but also on the legal systems of the member states. In addition, important decisions adopted during 2019, are presented by the following topics: freedom of movement, border control, asylum and immigration, judicial cooperation in criminal matters, transport, competition law, internet and electronic commerce, consumer protection and environmental protection.
