This publication provides an in-depth overview of two major areas of the European Convention of Human Rights -protection of the rights enshrined in Articles 5 and 10. The BiH ordinary courts interpret the same legal provisions differently, they do not do so frequently, but they do it often enough to give rise to legal uncertainty. However, our focus is not on different decisions and judgments, but on different interpretations of the same legal norms.
