The report is published as part of the Harmonization of Judicial Practice project, and includes an overview of the case law of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the practice of the European Court, and tries to qualify certain examples as good/bad for practice based on the examples of e basis of dismissed/upheld appeals. The purpose of this report is to present new tools as aids to case law review. In addition to the static part/examination of practice, we introduced an active part/the approach to interpretations of norms involving the fulfilment of tests.
