The publication contains significant contributions from domestic case law related to Article 8 of the Convention. It will certainly provide readers with an advanced level of knowledge about the Convention’s standards, but also other international standards that are closely related to the rights from Article 8 of the Convention, and which relate to judicial and prosecutorial practices. The aim of the publication is also to facilitate the strengthening of the necessary skills for understanding and practical application of standards in the implementation of the duties of judges and prosecutors related to given issues. The publication will provide guidelines for the judiciary in ensuring the application of the standards from Article 8 of the Convention, and will ultimately contribute to the harmonization of domestic case law with European legal standards.
