The publication provides useful information and knowledge to everyone involved in the fight against organised crime and those who are generally interested in the topic of crime and justice. The publication offers an overview and analysis of a significant number of judgments of basic courts related to that topic and provides insight into the various strategies used by the courts in combating organised crime. One of the aims of this publication is to present to the judicial authorities, as well as practising lawyers, and also how and how successfully the courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina resolve cases related to criminal acts of organised crime and corruption, appreciating all important aspects of the trial.
