This is the fourth Analysis of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in relation to Montenegro, and it refers to cases from 2021. This time, the Analysis includes two decisions in which the application was declared inadmissible, five judgments in which a violation of Convention rights was found, and two decisions in which no violation was found, which refer to Articles 3 and 11 of the Convention. The Analysis provides statistical data on the work of the European Court and the handling of applications against Montenegro, a detailed analysis of the judgments passed, the enforcement procedure, as well as the significance these judgments may have for national judicial practice.
