The third Analysis of judgments of the European Court in relation to Montenegro follows the previously adopted methodology, containing a presentation of the judgments and decisions of that Court adopted during 2020, enforcement procedure, as well as their impact on national judicial practice. Although the number of established violations is decreasing compared to previous years, the Analysis draws attention to three cases – Madžarović, Nešić and Drašković, marked as leading cases, due to their importance for national practice since they contain deliberation of premiered legal questions and as such, should be seen as guidelines in similar cases.
