This document systematizes the decisions and judgments of the European Court, made in relation to Montenegro during 2018 and 2019, indicating the main messages of that Court to the national authorities and presenting their influence on judicial practice. In addition, the Analysis educates about the European enforcement mechanism, and offers examples through which one can discern power of the European Court judgments and how they can affect the legal systems of individual countries. Finally, the Analysis provides conclusions and recommendations to the relevant institutions, aiming to improve the application of the European Convention standards.
